Diva offers head-to-toe services, which include in fashion and in style hair colouring and styling, state-of-the-art skin and body treatments and seasonal makeup colours that reflect the richness of nature’s palette. In performing these services, we use Aveda products which are high quality blends of natural plant and flower essences.
Appointments — Please call 403.590.9000 and select the location you would like to visit. We encourage you to arrive promptly for your appointment to ensure full treatment time. We recommend scheduling regular services prior to leaving to insure your first preferences of time and date. For the comfort and safety of our guests, we kindly request that you turn off your cell phone and refrain from bringing children, family and friends to your appointment. Prices are subject to change without notice. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellations — 24 hours notice is kindly requested as a courtesy to our team or future appointments will need to be secured with a Diva gift card/deposit. Two weeks notice for large group bookings or bridal parties.
Guarantee — Our services are guaranteed for one week. We do not offer refunds for service or products; however, for Aveda products, we can exchange or offer you a credit note. Exchanges must be done within 30 days with original receipt. Please note all hair accessories, Hot Tools, sale items and holiday gift sets are final sale.
